Dr Mei Ann Choong

Dr Choong was trained as a specialist general practitioner in Ireland and has experience in university, hospital, and community settings. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is also a lifestyle doctor. She has a diverse and extensive background.
Dr Choong has training and particular interests in integrative medicine where she focuses on the whole person not just the disease. She combines complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) practices with conventional medicine.
Dr Choong is affiliated with Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine ( ACNEM) and Australasia Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) and is completing her Masters in Integrative Medicine, Nutraceuticals, bioidentical hormones, offering holistic, nutrition and functional medicine.
Dr Choong has interest in metabolic health, chronic disease management, nutrition, paediatrics, antenatal care, dermatology, mental health, women’s health including menstrual disorders, thyroid conditions, contraceptives, travel medicine, children development and palliative care. Dr. Choong can provide advice in Malay, Indonesian, Cantonese, and is conversant in Mandarin.

Dr. Sameera Atthapattu
Dr Sameera is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Starting his general practice career in Sri Lanka, Sameera was exposed to diverse patient populations and a variety of complex medical presentations. During this time, he was awarded the prestigious Gold medal for the Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine and the Silver medal for the Best Post Graduate Trainee from the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo. On arrival in Australia, he began his medical career in Emergency Medicine before continuing with his passion for the General Practice speciality.
To further his interest in paediatric medicine, Sameera obtained a Diploma in Children’s Health from the University of Sydney in 2015. He has also completed Professional Certificates of Skin Cancer Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine offering treatments like Botox and dermal fillers. Sameera enjoys all aspects of general practice with a particular interest in chronic diseases, men’s health, children’s health, sexual health, preventive health, skin health and mental health.

Dr. Kah Hoong Chang

Dr. Kah Hoong Chang is a specialist colorectal surgeon with expertise in both minimally invasive surgery and highly complex pelvic exenteration for pelvic malignancy as well as cytoreductive surgery and peritonectomy for peritoneal malignancy. He graduated from the National University of Ireland with an honours degree in Medicine in 2004 and completed his training as a specialist Colorectal and General Surgeon in Ireland. During his training, he accumulated experience at the National Peritoneal Malignancy Unit in Dublin and undertook a clinical visit at the pelvic malignancy unit in Edinburgh, UK. He was the inaugural clinical fellow in robotic colorectal surgery in 2017 using the state-of-the-art dual-console Da Vinci XI. In 2018, Dr. Chang was awarded a highly prestigious scholarship to undertake a clinical fellowship in pelvic exenteration at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney.
Dr. Chang’s academic achievements include a laboratory-based MD thesis which established a colorectal cancer Biobank facility and explored the molecular biology of microRNAs and protein expression in colorectal cancer. Along with other clinical research and trials, Dr. Chang has a burgeoning portfolio of numerous publications, national and international presentations, scholarships, awards and prizes. He is a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney and is committed to academia both in clinical and translational research, under- and postgraduate training and education.

Emma Howard
Emma Howard is a highly-skilled, degree-qualified naturopath. Her primary school teaching training and knowledge of how the brain works, helps Emma to modify diets of those with behavioural challenges.
Along with supporting singles and couples with fertility, with outstanding success rates, she also has a passion for thyroid health and hormone imbalances causing hot flushes in women. Her weightloss protocol is often part of the thyroid health component of her work and her Google Reviews show the high rate of success stories.
Through her own son’s journey, Emma has researched autoimmune diseases and how to balance T helper cells which are always out of balance in autoimmune diseases.
Post cancer recovery requires tender care and this is something that comes very naturally. It is also one area where traditional evidence is now being ‘proven’ through modern science. It’s an exciting time to be a naturopath and homeopath!

Kiera's goal is to make everyone who walks out of her clinic have a big smile on their face! Kiera graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy.
She has experience covering sports injuries on the side of AFL teams, seeing NDIS and age care clients in the community, working in both public and private hospitals on the Central Coast and in Sydney

Jessica's goal is to enhance your well-being through personalised and effective physiotherapy treatments!

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) from the University of Sydney and has experience across a variety of settings. Jessica has worked in aged care, the community with NDIS clients, and specializes in neurological physiotherapy. She has also worked in a private clinic, treating WorkCover and NDIS clients, with a strong focus on hydrotherapy.
